Integrity Signal Feedback

Downstream-outcome references carry integrity-signal feedback from coupled cognitive domain fields into the lineage and training pipeline. For each inference request, the lineage record carries a downstream-outcome reference that identifies one or more subsequent events through which the inference output was evaluated, including user acceptance, user revision, downstream execution success, downstream execution failure, and integrity-signal feedback from coupled cognitive domain fields.

Integrity-signal feedback comprises evaluations of the inference output against the agent's normative integrity domain field and other coupled cognitive domain fields. Such evaluations include detection of deviation from policy-declared normative thresholds, detection of inconsistency with prior agent outputs recorded in the lineage field, and detection of structural mismatch between the inference output and the user's accumulated structural conventions as encoded in the agent's cognitive state field.

These downstream-outcome references become part of the lineage-derived training corpus, which reflects real-world outcomes rather than recursive model self-output.
