This website constitutes a public disclosure of the Adaptive Query™ platform and related architectures. Descriptions of methods, systems, structures, and protocols—whether narrative, conceptual, or technical—are provided to document inventorship and priority under applicable U.S. and international patent law.

Without limitation, this includes semantic agents, slope-based identity models, policy‑enforced mutation systems, entropy‑resolved content anchoring, adaptive indexing, memory‑native protocols, and cognition‑native execution substrates. Nothing on this site shall be construed as narrowing, limiting, or waiving the scope of any pending or future patent claims in the United States or abroad.

These applications and disclosures are publicly timestamped and support constructive reduction to practice of the claimed inventions. Implementations that practice the claimed subject matter of any issued patent, or of a published application that later issues as a patent, without authorization may constitute infringement and, where there is evidence of knowledge of these rights, may be treated as willful.

The list above may not be exhaustive. Additional U.S. and foreign patent applications may be pending or in preparation covering related subject matter. For complete documentation and updates, see the Patents page.

Reservation of Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Adaptive Query™ platform and associated technologies—whether or not expressly referenced on this page—are reserved. References to specific patents, applications, trademarks, or disclosed concepts are provided for clarity and do not limit the scope of any existing or future rights.

The absence of a particular patent number, application, mark, jurisdiction, or claim description from this page should not be interpreted as a waiver of rights, a dedication to the public domain, or an admission that protection is unavailable or unenforceable. In the event of any inconsistency between this page and an issued patent, published application, or registered trademark, the official record controls.

Licensing

No license is granted or implied for the use, reproduction, implementation, derivation, or integration of any part of the described architecture, code, specifications, or conceptual material without prior written permission. Viewing this site, reading its content, or citing its concepts does not create any license, covenant not to sue, or other rights with respect to the underlying intellectual property.

Commercial, academic, or government entities that wish to evaluate, prototype, benchmark, or interoperate with the Adaptive Query™ platform or any covered invention must do so under a formal written licensing or evaluation agreement.
