Governance Authority Evaluation via Integrity Trajectory
Agent evaluating unrecognized governance claims against its own integrity trajectory rather than relying solely on cryptographic signature validation. When an agent encounters a governance policy signed by an authority that its trust-slope history does not recognize, the integrity field provides an independent assessment of whether accepting the governance claim is consistent with the agent's declared norms, evaluated against the accumulated pattern of normative consistency recorded in its lineage. This produces a governance authority evaluation that the identity and governance mechanisms do not compute independently.
