Adaptive Query™ Opportunities

The portfolio is the opportunity.

A foundational IP portfolio. Active prosecution. Conversations open now with licensing partners, revenue participants, and co-founders building in the verticals this substrate defines.

Four paths

Licensing. If your organization is shipping autonomous agents, generative AI products, or infrastructure that touches execution governance, content provenance, or device identity, there is structural overlap worth evaluating. Freedom-to-operate conversations are welcome. Pre-grant option-to-license agreements are available for organizations that want to establish terms before prosecution concludes. Patent counsel is Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, Burlington, Vermont.

Revenue participation. The right capital partner participates in what licensing generates — not in the company, not in the IP. If you understand how foundational infrastructure IP matures and you can move at the pace of active prosecution, the conversation is open.

Licensing development. The portfolio needs someone who can work the room — enterprise IP teams, standards bodies, large-scale negotiations — while the inventor stays focused on architecture. This is a senior role built around long-cycle licensing strategy, not short-term sales. Compensation structured around what we close together.

Spin-off co-founders. Several primitives in this portfolio are large enough to anchor standalone ventures: content provenance infrastructure, keyless identity platforms, companion AI and therapeutic agent systems, clinical AI governance. The right co-founder brings domain depth and the ability to build from structural first principles. IP stays with AQ; the venture licenses it.

What's covered

16 utility applications filed between November 2024 and February 2026. Together they define how autonomous systems find things, prove things, execute things, and govern themselves. No single application stands alone. The portfolio is the position.
